We only collect the information we need to run the shop:

• Order information: when you check out, we collect your name, email, billing and shipping address, the items you ordered, and the order total. Checkout is handled by Stripe; your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
• Contact information: if you message us through the contact form, we collect your name, email, and the contents of your message.
• Cart contents: items you add to your cart are stored only in your browser until you check out.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may process limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser/device type) to deliver and secure the site.

We do not offer customer accounts and do not collect passwords from shoppers.

We use the information above to:

• Process your payment and fulfill your order;
• Send you order confirmations and respond to your inquiries;
• Detect and prevent fraud and keep the site secure; and
• Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it for marketing purposes.

Payments are processed by Stripethrough Stripe’s secure, hosted checkout. Your payment card information is provided directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

We share information only with the providers that help us operate the shop:

• Stripe: payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): website hosting, order and product storage, image storage, and email delivery (order confirmations and contact-form messages).

These providers process information only to provide services to us, and our data is stored in the United States.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics. Your shopping cart is kept in your browser’s session storage and is cleared when you close the tab or complete checkout. Our admin area uses a sign-in cookie for staff only; it is not used to track shoppers.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through insecure channels.

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill your order and to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email admin@dewsydaisy.com. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
