Payment is processed securely by Stripe; your card information is provided directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information for all orders.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that result from a pricing or product error. If we cancel or change an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email or billing details provided at the time of purchase.

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Digital products are delivered electronically by email. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for physical items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

All content on this site, including text, images, product designs, graphics, and the Dewsydaisy name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the site or our content without our express written permission.

You agree not to use the site or its content:

• to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others;

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
