This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your order from Dewsydaisy.

Where We Ship

We currently ship physical products within the United States only. Digital products are delivered by email and do not require shipping.

Shipping Options & Costs

You can choose a shipping method at checkout:

  • Priority Mail: $13.00, usually arrives 1 to 3 business days after your order ships.
  • Priority Mail Express: $35.00, usually arrives 1 to 2 business days after your order ships.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email when you place your order. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Digital Products

Digital items are delivered to the email address on your order, usually within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control, and transit times are not guaranteed. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us. See our Return & Refund Policy for damaged or defective items.
