Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital products, which are delivered electronically;
- Custom or personalized items; and
- Sale items.
If you’re not sure whether your item qualifies, please get in touch before sending anything back.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email admin@dewsydaisy.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received it, please contact us at admin@dewsydaisy.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your return, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If an item is returned that does not meet the conditions above, we may decline the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
